The large living/dining area has a high-specification fitted kitchen including electric oven, gas hob, integrated fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities. The dining area next to the kitchen seats four people comfortably. Adjacent to the eating area is the relaxing lounge furnished to a very high standard with large, sumptious, corner sofa, wall-mounted 40" flat-screen digital HD TV and free wifi internet access.

The patio doors lead out to a private balcony with table and chairs to take in the breathtaking waterside views.
